Why we price by home size:

Our pricing is based on your home’s full size — not just the areas you choose to have cleaned.

For example, if your home is a 5 bed, 2 bath but you only want 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom cleaned, it will still be priced as a 5 bed, 2 bath.

This is because larger homes typically have more shared spaces like living areas, kitchens, and hallways, which naturally take more time and care to clean. Pricing by home size helps us provide fair, consistent quotes, covering the cost of materials, and ensure every home gets the time and attention it deserves.

Deep Clean Deposits:

For deep cleans, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit by 6pm the day of the booking. This ensures your spot is secured and will be deducted from your final invoice.

End-of-Lease Deposits:

For end-of-lease cleans, a deposit of 2 hours of work ($200) is required at the time of booking.

• If the booking is cancelled by the client with more than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable.

Payment:

General clean payments: Cash or bank transfer - Due 3 days after the service is completed.

Deep clean payments: Bank transfer - Due 24 hours after the service is completed.

End of Lease payments: Bank transfer - Due 24 hours after the service is completed.

Late fees:

A late fee of 10% is applied every three days the invoice is overdue.

Travel Fees:

Inside of Wagga Wagga - no travel fee applied

Surrounding areas - a small travel fee of 50cents per km round trip
